    More Practical Company Administration Systems with Information Technology

    A practical company can be up and running, of course, supported by sufficient resources and good management. Where every staff or employee has rights and obligations related to their work in a company. In addition, the company also regulates and records matters such as employee data, salary payments, work schedules, leave or holidays, insurance, promotion, and many others, systematically. These things are included in the company’s administrative system, where the HR division plays an important role in managing them.

    Basically, the administration of a practical company has the same direction as a regulator and a collector of all aspects of the company in order to be optimally optimized. It’s just that the application is different. This is intended for the continuity of the company in the future. Then, how important a company administration is and its relation to technological advances.

    What Is Corporate Administration?

    Administration is a form of business that deals with setting policies in order to achieve organizational goals. Company administration means an effort carried out by a company in relation to policy settings. This means that the administration of a company has an important role so that the company continues to stand and develop.

    It can be said that the administration sector has a role in managing matters such as the accounting process, correspondence, recording, and administrative activities. In addition, the company administration also keeps all important documents or files related to the company.

    The company administration also has a role as a guide or information to every department that requires correspondence regulation or an administrative nature.

    Administrative Elements and Functions

    Administration exists if the essential elements in it are also present. This is the basis for forming such an administration. According to The Liang Gie, the following are the important elements that exist in administration:

    1. Organization or Company
      As a place for administrative activities to take place, this element plays an important role in administration.
    1. Management
      Management is the activator, regulator, and manager of the administration of the company or organization.
    1. Communication
      Communication is certainly important in a company or organization. This makes the administration as a regulator of communication patterns between divisions or other departments.
    1. Staffing
      This is very close to administration, where employees are the administrative responsibility in terms of recruitment, placement of positions, empowerment, and termination of employment.
    1. Finance
      Company finances also do not escape the administrative element. Matters such as obtaining funds, their use and accountability are also part of administration.
    1. Supplies or Procurement
      This is also related to administration, in which the procurement, purchase, storage, use, and removal of goods needed by the company are part of the administration.
    1. Administration
      Matters relating to storage, bookkeeping, recording, and delivery are part of Administration.

    Corporate Administration Functions

    Another case with the function of administration. The company or organization certainly has a goal it wants to achieve in using an administrative role.

    1. Planning or Planning

      Planning carried out by a company or organization certainly requires administrative activities. This includes activities such as data collection and sources, data processing, planning preparation, and implementation.

    2. Compilation or Organizing

      As a constituent in building every communication and relationship between employees or members that is easily understood in order to achieve the goals of a company or organization.

    3. Coordinating or Coordinating

      As regulated by companies and organizations, this activity is carried out so that company activities run smoothly and well so that things such as activity vacancies, clashes, and chaos are easily avoided. This also has a positive impact on the company’s future sustainability.

    4. Report or Reporting

      Activities convey the movements, developments and results of activities or programs carried out by employees and members to their superiors in writing. This report will later show the results of employee performance based on their duties and positions

    5. Budgeting or Budgeting

      Budget is an important thing that must be in a company or organization in improving performance. This budget is used to realize the company’s goals in the development stage including advertising, cooperation, and many others.

    6. Positioning or Staffing

      This relates to human resources in a company or organization including the recruitment of experts, equipment needs, and development.

    7. Guidance or Directing

      This goal is certainly needed by members or employees of a company to understand what kind of achievements. Directly directed communication is in the form of orders, suggestions, assignments for employees to achieve the given targets. In this case what is meant is work performance.
