    Office administration is part of the management of existing letters in an office or company. In the digital era, all aspects have to change according to developments. Technological advances that are not accompanied by developments in supporting aspects hamper affairs in several aspects. The development of the supporting aspects makes it easy for humans to do many things and saves energy and costs.

    The importance of using office administration applications

    In this digital era , everything is done via the internet, making technological developments more advanced and sophisticated. All fields use the sophistication of technology to help work, including the use of the internet which also has a big influence on human life. The use of sophisticated technology is also applied in companies and government and private agencies. The technology used applies the principles that exist in offices and agencies, so that the technology applied is able to handle the handling of incoming and outgoing mail.

    Thus the application of technology in the corporate sector is carried out by using office administration applications. This correspondence application makes administrative matters easier and makes work easier. The importance of office administration affairs is carried out to make it easy for secretaries or administrative staff to take care of filing letters.
