UMA Chancellor Concerned Providing Basic Food Aid to Students Due to COVID19 Virus Outbreak

University of Medan Area Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan, M.Eng, M.Sc, along with the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs Muazzul SH, M.Hum, and the Head of the BARKI University of Medan Area provided food aid to students who could not return to campus because of the COVID outbreak 19.

The Chancellor of Medan Area University together with the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs UMA and the Head of BARKI visited 2 points of the existence of student housing (Kost) locations that could not go home on campus related to the 19th COVID virus outbreak. During the first visit, the Chancellor and his staff were welcomed by the students of Universitas Medan Area These 7 Faculty of Agriculture students get help from UMA.

They were very grateful because UMA had cared for students who could not return to the village because of the COVID epidemic 19. The Chancellor of the University of Medan Area also provided motivation and encouraged students to study hard again to produce innovative graduates and graduate on time.
As for the thank, you from the Faculty of Agriculture students of the agricultural program Ahmad F. Guided agrotechnology gave a big thank you to UMA for giving us food that made us enough to eat all seven of us in the contract house (boarding) this.

Furthermore, the Chancellor along with the Vice-Chancellor and the Head of BARKI UMA continued their journey to the second point of the rented location of the students who were on fishing lines, with UMA students excitedly welcoming the Chancellor and his staff in providing food assistance to students.

This time the students who were visited were very happy and proud. The Rector of UMA came to the rented house (boarding house) in surprise because the pride of food was given very much. According to Kori Isabella Hutabarat, a student of the Faculty of Engineering, a study of informatics engineering, that this assistance was very much compared to other campuses.

This time the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor for UMA Student Affairs gave motivation and enthusiasm to students to be more active in achieving achievements and graduating on time. Hopefully, the assistance provided should be even more active in learning about the knowledge of this 19th COVID outbreak.
