Koncokelas: Empowerment of School Dropout Children through Learning Houses

The government is very focused on human resource development. Quality human resources are produced through a quality education process. National education has the function of developing capabilities and shaping character by the 1945 Constitution as well as a dignified national civilization in the framework of educating the nation’s life.
National education aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have a noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. Students are students at the higher education level. Students are the output of the national education system that will drive the nation in the future.
